eLogic Selected To Present At 2006 ASUG CRM Forum

eLogic's has been selected to present a paper entitled "SOA and the impact on eCommerce Applications" at the 2006 ASUG CRM Forum in Tucson, AZ on Oct. 23, 2006.

eCommerce initiatives have had mixed results due to evolving commerce processes and limitation of back-office applications SOA addresses these issues, changing the economics and feasibility for eCommerce solutions. The management of the automated business process is abstracted to a higher layer, enabling rapid change to process definition and execution. Integration is eliminated by converting "vertical" slices of functions into SOA services. And, once services are set up, they are technology independent.

Attendees will gain insight into:

Separating the management of the business process from the underlying application software
Improving business agility by enabling extensive and rapid enhancement to eCommerce business processes, and related automation
