Competencies
Our Commerce Capability Maturity ModelSM (C2M2) identifies competencies in three important and interrelated areas: process, data, and technology. Within each of these three areas are four common classifications of competencies: Quality, Structure and Design, Policy, and Infrastructure.
Developing measurements across these competencies provides the necessary definition of the gaps between current state and best practices. Full understanding of this information serves as the starting point for developing a plan that targets specific areas of improvements.
